Il Tempio, snuggled at the edge of the jungle is one of the most rustic Italian restaurant i have ever seen! Even though this is my first time in a authentic Italian restaurant. =)
We begin our dinner with a Beef Tenderloin Carpaccio on Parmesan Chip with Puree of Asparagus, Poached Cherry Tomatoes and Wild Rocket Salad with Aged Balsamic.
Followed by an entree of ravioli stuff with foie grass and scallops, seasoned with white truffle sauce topped with leek foam and pistachio nuts.
My main course, steam white cod fish with potato & spinach tart, sauteed baby vegetables and little crab meat tortellini in shell fish consomme. It was alright nothing to shout about.
