Il Tempio

Il Tempio, snuggled at the edge of the jungle is one of the most rustic Italian restaurant i have ever seen! Even though this is my first time in a authentic Italian restaurant. =)

With candlelit walkways and sounds of nature.
An assortments of freshly baked breads.

Amuse bouche of lime, basil and mint concoction. Refreshing! A complimentary drink from the chef
We begin our dinner with a Beef Tenderloin Carpaccio on Parmesan Chip with Puree of Asparagus, Poached Cherry Tomatoes and Wild Rocket Salad with Aged Balsamic.

Followed by an entree of ravioli stuff with foie grass and scallops, seasoned with white truffle sauce topped with leek foam and pistachio nuts

My main course, steam white cod fish with potato & spinach tart, sauteed baby vegetables and little crab meat tortellini in shell fish consomme. It was alright nothing to shout about.

Main course Grilled Australian Beef tenderloin with Wasabi Mash, Glazed Shallots and Rosemary Demi-Glace. The texture of the beef was delightful. It melts in your mouth! The wasabi mash was awesome! love it alot. Cause I like wasabi a lot. It complimented the beef well.

And for dessert we ordered a chocolate tart which comes with a scoop of ice cream and vanilla foam! Thumbs up for the dessert.

Great Dinner, Great Companion, Great Birthday!
